    There is a large culvert created in this alley between Cabarrus and Lenoir every time we get a hard rain because the gravel and sand used to fill it gets washed away. Perhaps a different fill material or process is warranted.

    There is a large pothole/sinkhole in the alley between 900 block of W Lenoir and W Cabarrus near the Lenoir end that needs filling in/repair. The trash and recycling trucks use the alley and it is surely a hazard for them.
