Northbound Oceana Blvd is skipped at the intersection of Oceana and Virginia Beach Blvd. Multiple cars are stopped and the entire northbound direction is skipped for multiple cycles with zero cross traffic on Virginia Beach Blvd or any emergency vehicles passing.

There is now standing water in the ditch parallel to the Cape Henry Walking Trail and between Marina Shores Apts and the Food Lion Shopping Center. The water is backed from the recent construction to put in a flood gate. It was my understanding we want to reduce standing water to prevent mosquitoes.

The emergency signal light facing the Ocean Park Volunteer Rescue Squad building has lights out. The red is not flashing at the station like it should.

The traffic signal at First Colonial Road and Mill Dam Road treats First Colonial as a secondary road. The light is always red on First Colonial even when there but is no traffic crossing. I have experienced this every night on my way home from work for 4 months. First Colonial is always red unless another car has arrived before me and starts the cycle. Many times I have been stopped on approach to Mill Dam, only for Mill Dam to turn green with no cars waiting or approaching. I am forced to sit through and entire cycle as the only vehicle.

There a white and black street sign knocked over on median of Birdneck Rd right at the Laskin intersection.

This is on the walking trail behind Fire Station 22. It is between the fire station and Great Neck Rd.

The traffic signal is not detecting cars. I have stopped numerous times when there was not a vehicle in sight and the light has to cycle in all 4 directions before I'm allowed to continue. It appears there is caution tape around the pole that support these lights.

Mowing company for AAAA Self Storage was blowing a significant amount of grass clippings into incoming traffic. A male was driving a riding lawn mower with a leaf blower on his back. This is littering and dangerous to traffic.
