    The issue is that when there are 5 or more cars at the intersection the currently timing of the differential is set to about 25 seconds and is allowing about 3 cars thru at a time on Nimmo Parkway heading in the direction of the Lag mar neighborhood at the intersection of Upton Parkway. I have seen the issue multiple times per day. Morning, evening and night. The standard for most of Virginia Beach is about 1 min 30 sec so I can’t understand why this intersection would be set so low below the standard.

    the intersection of Nimmo Nimmo Parkway & Townfield lane there was some construction and the hole that was made was not properly filled and has now sunk in the middle of the road. It needs a new patch.
