Yard waste was not picked up. Two 4x4x4 piles as directed and they are still there.

Someone left a mangled frame of a portable shelter on the street and sidewalk between houses on Greenview Dr.
Needs to be picked up.

Old pothole patches have broken out and new ones exist. As soon as you turn onto Clinton from Indian River Rd. It is at least an area 12’ long with multiple missing pieces of asphalt.

There are many large potholes in the intersection of Independence Blvd and Baxter Rd. Especially in the turn lanes heading north onto independence Blvd off Baxter.

Trash was not picked up today on Greenview Drive or the two courts off Greenview Drive

Trees and shrubs on and around the winding sidewalk on Independence Blvd. have overgrown and when you pull out of the driveway at Pembroke Park Shoppes you can not see oncoming north bound traffic. It is very dangerous. I believe this is city owned property.

Pot holes everywhere from Kempsville Rd to Baxter. Looks and feels like a mini bombing range. Also since the realignment of Princess Anne and Kempsville intersection Princess Anne there have been multiple rain events that have flooded this same stretch of pothole locations and made P.A. Rd. impassable. That didn't used to happen. It's happened twice in the past 5 months flooding out and stranding cars both times. Those are just the two I'm aware of.

SCHOOL ZONE AND NO SIGNS FOR REDUCED SPEED OR SCHOOL ZONE.I travel down Centerville Turnpike frequently and noticed that there is no school zone signs/speed reduction signs at Atlantic Shores School at the corner of Centerville Turnpike and Kempsville Rd. They seem to have crossing guards at start and finish of school, but no signs to indicate to drivers that zip by that school at 40+ MPH. that they are in a school zone. I'm very concerned about the safety of the kids and the motorists trying to cross out onto Centerville Tpke. There are signs at other private schools throughout VB, but not there. I'm very sensitive to these things as a girl was struck and killed at Green Run High School when I went there in the late 80s and only after that incident did the city install School zone and reduced speed limit signs.

It seems to be unusually dark on Providence Rd. between Lord Dunmore and Kempsville Rd. Can't tell if lights are out or more are needed.

...so many chunks of missing road you can't even count. Rattles your entire vehicle

The inside guard rails of the off ramp from 264E onto Independence north is so overgrown with trees and thick brush that you can't see far enough ahead when cars are braking. Needs to be cut back to the original tree line.
