    Derelict car with no license plate illegally parked on Peralta between 35th and 36th. No citations. Once again, it seems the people that live under the freeway do not have to abide by the laws like rest rest of us. BTW this makes for a very unsafe street condition where you cannot see oncoming traffic when trying to turn fro 36th street on to Peralta.

    The campers on Peralta, under the freeway, are again erecting tents in the street. An obvious hazard to all. Why not clear 'em the hell out altogether instead of just sweeping up after them and pushing them back behind the "barriers" that don't work, by the way. UGLY and a clear dereliction of duties.
