    2311 Jefferson Ave Richmond, Virginia - Church Hill
    There is a Yield sign at the corner of Jefferson and Leigh streets that is out of place. The sign is supposed to control traffic at the added circle at the intersections of Jefferson and N 24th Streets. However the sign is placed a good 60+ feet in front of that intersection and causes confusion to many drivers. The traffic headed north on Leigh Str is prohibited and the traffic headed south on Leigh street has a Stop sign, so what is the Yield sign at that intersection controlling??? In addition, none of the newer added Yield signs, added to all the newer circles, designates to Yield to traffic in the circle. So many drivers don't know what they are Yielding too. The Yield signs at Jefferson and 25th Str do designate to Yield to traffic in the circle and people understand that. Get it together Traffic Engineering!!

    The grass along the hill in the 1900 block of Marshall Street is growing over the curb. This condition forces the cars that park along that block to park way out in the street which makes passing on the street very difficult. The city is notorious for not cutting the grass along this street and it is a repeated problem. Please have the grass cut so that traffic can pass safely!!!

    The traffic lights at 17th and 18th at Broad street are out of sync. Traffic in the mornings and in the evenings going west bound will back up to 22nd street. This has been a problem since Dominion replaced that power line pole a month ago. Please have the intersections surveyed and corrected.
