I know that parking on both sides of the street on valley street is technically allowed. however lately it has become a problem down at the end near Jacob street. There are always cars on both sides and it's only possible for one car at a time. It's not always clear who should yield. At heavy traffic times such as the morning you have to sit and wait for many cars to go through before you get a turn.
