Blight at 718 60th Street - junk piled in front, as well as junk piled fence-high in backyard. Junk also encroaches into neighboring yards. Giant plastic tarp on roof; extension cord dangling from 2nd story window, etc. Owner does not live at property as it burned several years ago. Owner is a hoarder who uses the property to store junk. Not only is this property an eyesore, but it is a fire and health hazard. Rats scurry throughout the property. Because this property doesn't have a proper roof it is rain damaged and likely filled with black mold, which exposes neighbors to an unhealthy environment.
