Yeah no way is this fixed. Would be nice to see the no slip yellow lego blocks placed into the sidewalk street crossing ramps. We have them near the Federal Court House in Richmond. I guess it would be bad to have an accident outside a court house.

yes, would be very nice to have the no-slip yellow… this corner is highly traveled as the merchants are there…thank you.

3/6/2014 - Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government online. This situation had been formally reported to Richmond Concrete Repair Mgmt Team (20020902018) as of 6/7/2013 so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. Richmond Concrete Mgmt Team (20020902018) finished out inspection for this location and noted as of 6/17/2013 that 1-wheel chair ramp will be installed and surrounding gutter pan will be repaired. The tentative schedule for completion is before November 2020.
Please understand that SeeClickFix is setup for quick fixes in the City of Richmond that can take place more immediately once entered onto SeeClickFix. Sidewalk maintenance most times will take more than one year or two years for maintenance to take place once the safety inspection is executed. This is due to the size of the crew and the volume of tickets that must be prioritized and worked. Please call the Richmond Customer Care Center at 646-7000 with the request number so that updates and follow through can take place
We appreciate your communication that helps us in “Building The Best Richmond” together – rtt

@ City,
If it takes 7 years to perform a simple concrete pour for a sidewalk, I gather it might be some time in 3020 that we have the foundation poured for the new baseball park...
Perhaps our City's priorities are all backward, we should be more interested in maintaining the streets and sidewalks than building new infrastructure.
