This continues to be a major problem, especially around 5 pm. I have seen many close calls when a person waiting to turn left finally gets to go and the driver behind them going straight can proceed only to be cut off by someone who is impatient and attempts to use the right only lane to pass the slow traffic and go straight. Also, unfamiliar motorists have no way of knowing which lane is straight if there is traffic since the only indicator is on the pavement at the intersection. If you are approaching and there's already traffic most people assume the left lane is left only and use the right lane to go straight. This should be fixed.
