Beschreibung

This is at the the old library in historic block of City Hall. This has been brought up before. There are things such as concrete culverts, old bags of cement and wooden pallets that have setting there since 2017, during construction of the city hall. Is there anyway the city can clean up along the south side of that building. Thanks and Keep East Point Beautiful
