Per Public Works: Operations confirmed that the driver left this time point early. A supervisor will be discussing this with her and handling discipline. We are addressing this issue with some upcoming changes to the # 12 Method route by implementing new time points to better distribute them though out the route. These changes should be made in March-April 2014. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused.
