The back of the property and the property next door are not keeping up the sidewalk on Upton Dr. The sidewalk has standing water and slippery mud and leaves. There is nowhere to walk except in the street where constant traffic travels at 45 mph around blind curves in one lane (no shoulder). Please address this issue with residents or the whomever can make improvements. This is a busy sidewalk for pedestrians and bikes. We deserve consideration.
