This issue needs to be reported to 911 when it is happening.

I live nearby, & I’ve heard that music while walking my dog. There’s like 3 homes near the corner of Shasta & Arkansas that are currently housing about 50 people. That’s a big prob for the neighborhood. Calling “911” is futile for chronic nuisance issues & community services division knows that. I called about a fight a few months ago, and it continued for 45 minutes in the middle of the street with no visible police response. The town is dying in front of our eyes while city staff shrugs. Sell your home if you can. It’s not worth it.

Issues like this get reported to 911 all the time! The police REFUSE to take accountability. They aren't here to protect and serve so what is the point?

It’s not the cops on the street who are at fault here. The city’s incompetent negligence puts them at risk as well. They just don’t have the manpower to deal with “quality of life” issues. Lack of enforcement emboldens the crimina*ls & miscreants who could not care less about the neighborhood. And the city won’t address slumlo*rds. So the problems get worse while decent people flee. Blame the corrupt city, not the cops who risk their life just working in this du*mp.

Don’t forget to blame the low-lif*es who have destroyed this region. The drugs, crime, litter & noise all have a source. And it’s living next door or across the street.

Please report all suspicious and criminal activity to 911 when you see it happening.
