Hello, this traffic light is malfunctioning in the mornings when I go through at 5am. It keeps turning red for Providence Road and green for Providence Square shopping center when no one is at that signal from the shopping center. It must be doing it very frequently, because I get it red for Providence road every single morning without exception. Please have a look at it and fix it. Thank you.
