Good Day,
We apologize for any inconvenience, and are unsure why the debris was not previously serviced.
Yard Debris collection is currently on a delayed schedule. Please continue to leave the yard debris at the curb for service today. Please ensure that yard debris does not block the roadways or water flow lines. The crews are working as fast as they can to complete the routes. Limbs from trimming, up to 4 feet long and 6 inches in diameter, will be collected in a pile not to exceed 4 x 4 x 4 feet.
Two piles, generated from each house, will be collected on each collection day. We will also collect up to 25 clear plastic bags, not more than 25 pounds per bag, of grass clippings, leaves and small twigs. Bags cannot contain any rocks, dirt, mulch or roots. Tree removal debris is not collected curbside.
For larger amounts of yard debris, large containers are available for a fee on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please call us for additional information or to schedule a container.
I hope this information is helpful. Feel free to contact us at 385-4650 if you have additional questions or concerns.
Thank you,
ANISSA
