GoRaleigh requires operators and strongly encourages all riders to wear face coverings per the City of Raleigh and State of NC orders. However, the orders issued by the State also say that “no customer will be removed from or denied entry to public transportation for failure to wear a Face Covering”. Drivers have been provided PPE by GoRaleigh.

The Federal Transit Administration has also provided us with 10,000 face masks and our GoRaleigh staff are busy handing them out at the station and major transfer centers for those in need. Our buses are deep cleaned daily and all ‘high touch’ areas are disinfected. Hand sanitizer is provided on all GoRaleigh buses at entry and exit doors. GoRaleigh strives to provide the cleanest transportation environment in the triangle.

Your drivers are not wearing face coverings. This driver did not have one. And as I walked my dog, your drivers on both CAT bus routes 4 and 12 were not wearing a mask.
