The other signs on the PATH were just put up by work crews on Friday.. Crews may not have had time to put these 2 up up. There is no indication that the signs were forcibly removed and in fact the ground next to them has markings as to where the signs are to be located..
I posted pictures of those signs, as well as the signs already erected, on the Community of East Point page when I did a picture tour of the new signs.
