I can empathize with your dilemma. Unfortunately, calling the police dept. is likely to make the problem worse over the long term. There are many current Vallejoans who could not care less about your personal privacy or quality of life. They don’t seem to care much about their own for that matter. We’re planning on moving in the near future. Conditions are deteriorating, they are not improving.
