Each time the school bus hits that bump, I worry about all the children flying around since they don't have seat belts. Someone is going to get hurt someday.

this bump is worse than a speed bump because it comes to a point. It's only a matter of time before someone gets serious damage to the underside of their car (if not already).
Many drivers drive around it into the other lane which can be dangerous as well.
