This issue originally happened during the City's Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation project. The contractor Craig Lowell at (757) 385-4171 was aware that when the water line broke the pavement had to be cut open with a wet saw late at night. During that process the crew cut through my curb and damaged it. He assured me that once the roads were paved upon completion of the project , they would return to repair the curb.This has yet to happen. I have tried numerous times to no avail to talk to someone to get this issue resolved. I took the contractor at his word, shame on me....My next step if this is not resolved quickly to my staisfaction , is to contact my City Councilman and City Delegate to make them aware that as a tax payer, the City is not resolving damage that was done by their crew to my property.
