All of Shore Drive from Lesner bridge to Marlin Bay needs asphalt debris cleaned. This is second request for this. Does this system really do anything?

I just saw this area this afternoon...it looks better, but not good enough. There is still smaller asphalt debris on the entire curb area of E. Stratford Drive. This mess will migrate with rains into the storm drain...COVB please consider the big picture...
