Transient encampments near El Cerrito Park. Located at the cell phone tower area. There is a public safety issue here. These transients are too close to a CITY OF CORONA public park and near a CNUSD SCHOOL. PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THIS ISSUE. Students and children are at risk of being harassed by transients.
