This issue has been resolved

What does "resolved" mean? It's still there, clearly visible from the street. Why are this and other issues being closed without the graffiti actually being removed?

This file was closed on 7/12/13 by parks stating it had been removed by the property owners. If this information is false we will re-enter the issue with a new file # 14 088182 . Other reports are being closed based off of a generated report of 'closed' issues within our computer system. If any issues are not actually resolved please let us know and we can re enter them. All issues need to be manually updated by an administrator and we are in that process now. Thank you for alerting us of the issues still needing resolution.

It's definitely false. And it's going to be very frustrating to have to go back and manually verify all of these. Maybe if someone wants to close a graffiti issue they should take a picture of the site to show that the graffiti has been removed.
