Workers doing reconstruction of the sidewalk outside of Hard Rock Cafe are working with heavy machinery outside of the restricted construction area - including driving front end loaders filled with paving stones off the sidewalk and into the crosswalk directly at pedestrians who are crossing with the right of way.
