There is also A LOT of thistle along the fence line which is spreading into yards, and makes for a difficult walk for kids in sandals!!!!

This area has been inspected by City weed inspector and the developer has been asked to control the noxious weeds in the area

Is there a deadline that the city can give to the developer to have this done? The developer has proven to be unreliable when saying they'll do something. The thistles are out of control and children cannot even walk across the field without getting pricked by them on just about every step.

The developer is aware of this and hopes to get to it once the area is dry enough.

Would we pursue follow up through enforcement, lawyers or the city council? (As this is year 3). Thanks.
