honestly im not saying this to sound bigheaded but thats not going to happen. it could flood with a the tinest measurable rain fall or could wait til we have 7 inches of rain its not predictable unless someone goes down there every couple days or other week to check the water level. but that means the state county and or west whiteland need to pay someone or outside agency to look at it. and before i say this i think whitford road is a state road, there wont be a sign there because the states says oh thtats going to cost a little bit where not spedning that. And that area doesnt flood very often and i do know this because ive been an area firefighter for almost three years now and have only ever heard that spot be called in for flooding and have seen it closed about 4times.
