Well I get that, but the sign is on a city road indicated a change ahead by construction that is on a city road. Are you not responsible to make sure that regulations are followed and signage by construction companies is taken down when not being used.
You do not even indicate to me who is doing the construction, so we just let the sign sit there and confuse people?
