Foxtails are taking over the flower beds not just on the raised flower bed, but also on the ground. Lots of people walk their dogs here, and that includes the FAAS volunteer dog walkers. It's bad enough walking through Alameda's neighborhoods with so many over grown yards and curbs full of foxtails. Foxtails are extremely dangerous to dogs and cats --- we shouldn't have to fear walking them in the park, too.
