Debris blocking sidewalk along Adeline - tent and debris are blocking entire sidewalk and is not passable. Charcoal grill means danger of fire. There are no crosswalks near this obstruction and it is creating mobility issues for people in wheelchairs, children, and people with strollers. This issue has been reported for months by multiple citizens. Please help!
