The citizen who lives on the corner of Lineberry & Hospital Dr. blows his leaves and yard debris into the street in giant piles and leaves it there, which consequently clogs the gutters in the six or eight houses around him, and also completely blocked up the storm drain. Now even light rain causes flooding all along this area and water was standing all the way up into our yards this morning and the drain is completely clogged with his yard debris again.
