Beschreibung

There is a light at the end of the Randolph exit from southbound I-35. There is another light a half-block west, at Lexington and Randolph. The two lights are VERY badly coordinated, so that the traffic on the exit ramp gets terribly backed up during rush hour in afternoons. Please fix!!!
