The culvert behind the houses closest to Hickman field of construction between Warner Hall Dr. and Hickman Arch needs to maintained. Have lived here over 20 years and have made numerous phone calls. The culvert is overgrown and there is no sign of drainage, which causes flooding in yards. Please clean and grade or put in a drain to cement pipe under ground. We have cleaned out the plot behind our house to try and help with water damage.
