This ditch is still overgrown and needs to be cleaned. All you did was use the machine scraping the bottom of the ditch across the street and dug up these weeds. This job requires a work CREW to clean. The job across the street is still unfinished even though you declared it closed. Our neighborhood is very unsatisfied with your sloppy work.
