Where are the containers supposed to be stored? How long should they be allowed to keep containers on the street before and after scheduled pick-up? I propose a general educational flyer to provide knowledge for the residents within the City of Hollywood.
Personally, I see containers stored at front doors. Some left in the street or on the curb for days, weeks and months at a time. Educate the residents…please.
