This is becoming a significant problem for drainage, mud and debris on our street. It is also impacting my property as people are constantly using my driveway to turn around instead of the road. I think if the city added some addition gravel and level it this would rectify the issue. If its a developer issue then there must be someway for the City either through bylaw or development permits to compel the developer to rectify and clean up the area.
