Speed bumps or something is needed. Despite the crosswalks, cars never stop or yield to pedestrians. New Hampshire ave is so dangerous on this strip. Motorcycles and cars speeds through all times.

This section of New Hampshire Avenue is so dangerous that even motorists have a problem turning onto the street due to decreased oncoming traffic visibility caused by a steep hill/people speeding up the hill and people parking their vehicles at the very edge of blocks. This stretch of road needs speed bumps AND a traffic light. There also should be fines implemented for parking a vehicle all the way to the end of a city block because people/motorists turning onto the street are unable to see oncoming traffic.

This was reported EIGHT YEARS AGO and nothing has been done except adding one of those plastic signs to the crosswalk that drivers ignore and sometimes run over! Both enforcement of current laws and new road design are needed.
