Hello. This happens almost every night I come through about 11 pm. When the light turns red for Providence and green for the shopping centers, it then turns to left turn arrow for west bound Providence Rd into Providence Square shopping Center even though no cars are in the left turn lane and east bound traffic has to sit for the full daytime length for that green arrow to cycle.
