I feel that the Swanavon school zone on 100st should be shortened and here is my reasoning:

-The DCoy Armories have fenced the playground to the north. The school zone no longer needs to extend a full block north of the school grounds.
-To the south, there are no marked crosswalks and very little pedestrian traffic.
-There are pedestrian activated traffic lights that all students use to safely cross the road.

There still needs to be a school zone, but I feel it should be much shorter. I've attached a map for reference, the current zone in red, and the requested change in yellow. It would have the same safety effect while having less of an impact to traffic.
