Street drainage blocked on NW side of street due to clogged/obstructed drainage pipe. Water is backing up at high point and reversing direction to flow through yards to drainage ditch access in between Orkney and Kittery. Drainage problems from high point of NW side of street to corner of Orkney/Providence previously reported without action taken.
Drainage problems on access drain between Orkney/Kittery previously reported without action taken. Drainage problems on SE side of street caused by new construction miraculously fixed by city last month.
