The apartment building under construction has styrofoam litter all around the block. I work and live on Gaston St (one block over) and there is styrofoam accumulated in the office lot. I can't open my windows without styrofoam blowing into my window. The styrofoam is going into the water drains and killing surrounding areas. This is a MAJOR issue. Please address immediately.
