Home owner work for a towing company. (Luther Towing)
He brings his work home and leaves junk cars parked on the street for months at a time violating the 48 hour law. this has been happening for over a year. multiple cars over and over. The city needs to put a stop to this homeowner from working out of his home. The street is not a storage lot.
