Traffic light time settings at Old Donation Pkwy. And Great Neck Road causes unnecessary delays for traffic turning left off of OD Pkwy to south bound Grt Neck road. This morning at about 10:30 there was a 4 cycle delay in light traffic. Only 4 cars or less passing through the light per cycle. This is an ongoing problem. A green arrow for south bound turns is needed.

with backups coming from Trantwood Elementary. The light cycle is manually adjusted on Sunday for Wave Church and I wonder if the setting is not correctly set afterwards.
