The traffic signal sensors at the intersections of General Booth/London Bridge and Dam Neck/London Bridge appear to no longer be functioning. Both set of signals are running through a light cycle vs. "sensing" vehicles in these lanes. It is (somewhat) frustrating to sit at a light for two to three minutes, with no opposing traffic, waiting for a cycle to complete. This is a recent change/malfunction as both signals worked perfectly a week or so ago.
