Good morning, I have a concern regarding the sidewalk at the intersection of Churchill and Spring Glen Ter.

The road was just repaved at the height of the sidewalk. Prior to that there was a curb height of four or five inches.

Now water comes down the hill and over/down sidewalk and into our yard. When it refreezes it creates icy conditions and floods the yard. Prior to that it would flow directly into the drain.

Overtime it will continue to cause slip and fall during winter, damage to side walk, and flooding in yard.
