The east boundary of Chabot Elementary school has Significant overgrowth of trees and weeds which, according to the Oakland Fire Department's recent safety inspection, is a SEVERE fire hazard. Bart officials say this is Cal Trans property. We have reported this issue several times over the past month with no response from Cal Trans.
