Voicing a suggestion here. A majority of the roads in the Spring Glen neighborhood are very narrow. When two sides have parked cars only one car can fit. I think more streets there should be one way or just forbid parking on one side. Very dangerous to dodge traffic and parked cars thru there.

In my experience (which is no substitute for multiple peoples' experiences), Woodlawn St. works pretty well with two-way traffic and parking on both sides, but it's also wider than many other Spring Glen streets. In our case, I appreciate my neighbors for parking on the street because it slows the traffic down.
I can't support making it one way, because sooner or later the people who live at or near the ends of the street will have to go around the barn to either leave the neighborhood or return home. THe resulting annoyance isn't constructive.
In addition, if most of the streets in SG were one-way and Woodlawn were two-way, guess which street even more people would use to cut through between Whitney and Dixwell? So in short we need a traffic strategy and plan for Spring Glen that takes the whole system into account.
