There is a drain on the side of the street adjacent to a wooded area that I assume is city owned property. Either way, the gutters on Benlea Circle are so cluttered you cannot even see the storm drain. There are also several trees overgrown from the property that protrude out onto the city street. The grassy area directly adjacent to the city street is completely overgrown as well.
