Routinely see at least 3 of these UTurns around 6:15 and it does back up the exit and the entrance to the neighborhood.

I've seen the same things above too. Also, I've been going a different way so I can turn right out of the neighborhood there instead because at 4:30 am, the light won't change for about 10 minutes in some cases, even with no traffic coming along London Bridge Rd.

Still happening. Just witnessed 5 cars doing U turns after turning into Lake Placid.

Building on what D2000lands said on 05/03/18, I leave at 0530 and have the same issue with the light not changing. It often stays red for at least five minutes or longer. I'm wondering if it has to do with the recent time change. Can this be adjusted please? Thank you. @JSpencer: I was told to contact the Public Affairs office on base who let me know they forwarded my concerns to the Community Plans and Liaison Officer but I didn't get a response from them. I did that about a year ago.
