The weeds, trees and other plants cover the sidewalk and make the area hard to use. the property owners don't do anything and most of the overgrowth is on Raleigh city easements. please make sure it is cleaned up. Also, someone drove into the chain link fence along this area and it is now broken and the fence has collapsed.
